A local kids’ gym is a great place to help your child build strength but parents can also continue the fitness fun at home, with some creative playtime! Here are some easy ideas to get their muscles moving while keeping the fun alive at home.

1. Animal Walks

Let your child pretend to be different animals! Bear crawls, frog jumps, and crab walks work wonders on their arms, legs, and core muscles without feeling like “exercise.”

2. Obstacle Courses

Turn your living room or backyard into an adventure course. Add a few pillows, chairs, and toys to jump over or crawl under. This helps with coordination, agility, and balance plus, it’s a great way to burn off energy! Visit your local Fitwize 4 Kids to try out our kid's obstacle courses.
